Race FAQs

If you have questions about Jodi's Race, we probably have your answer below.

If you are experiencing trouble registering, setting up your team page or donating:

  • Contact Race Roster at 855-969-5515 or click the CONTACT button at the top right hand side on the registration page. Race Roster is very responsive!

We want your Jodi's Race experience to be a great one, from registration to race day!​

​

RACE SHIRT and PACKET PICK UP

Packet pick up will be held at Runner's Roost 1685 S. Colorado Blvd. ​If you plan to pick up more than 5 shirts / bibs (for your family, friends, or team), please email Shelly@colo-ovariancancer.org no later than Tuesday, June 4th, 2024, and provide the name of each person for whom you will be picking up shirts.

Of course, you can pick up your t-shirt and bib on race day morning (June 8th) beginning at 7:00 AM. Registration check in will be in front of City Park Pavilion. 

​

MEDALS and TIMING 

Medals will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in both Men's and Women's categories among these age groups:

  • under 12

  • 13-19

  • 20-29

  • 30-39

  • 40-49

  • 50-59

  • 60-69

  • 70 plus

We will also award prizes and medals to the overall Men's and Women's finishers!

Medals will be available for PICK UP at the event ONLY and will not be mailed. You can check your official time and pick up your medal at the MEDALS and TIMING tent on race day.

​

NOTE that only those who chose (through registration) to be timed for the 5K will have their time recorded. 

 

FAMILY FUN ZONE

Family Fun Zone is happening complete with awesome lawn games, face painting, and loads of fun for all.

​

FOOD and WATER

Water will be available on the course at designated water stations. Snacks and drinks will be available at the finish line as well as at various locations with vendors.

​

DOGS

Leashed, well-behaved dogs are welcome at Jodi’s Race. Please try to stay to the right of the path for others to safely pass.  Please bring bags to pick up after your furry friend when necessary.

​

STROLLERS

Strollers (and babies!) are welcome at this family friendly event. If you are running with a stroller, you will be asked to line up at the back of the runner section.  Please always keep to the right on the path. 

​

WEATHER

Jodi's Race takes place rain or shine!

HEADPHONES

You may absolutely run (or walk) with headphones. But please stay aware of those around you.

​

DONATIONS

Your donations support the many programs of the Colorado Ovarian Cancer Alliance which directly benefit Coloradans statewide including Nicki's Circle Support and Information Groups, COCA Cares Financial Assistance Program, our online Gynecologic Cancer Resource Guide and Comfort Kits for those newly diagnosed with ovarian/Fallopian tube/peritoneal cancer, Survivors Teaching Students (survivors share their stories of diagnosis and misdiagnosis with medical students in order to raise awareness of ovarian cancer), Carol's Wish Financial Navigation Program, and COCA's statewide gynecologic cancer awareness efforts.
